A Study On The Elimination And Reconstruction Of The Publicity Of Ideological And Political Education

Development has always been the most important task in the primary stage of our country's socialism,and is the basis for the modernization of the national governance system and governance capability. While promoting the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics, we must constantly improve the governance system and enhance the governance capacity. In this environment,the discussion about "publicity" is becoming more and more intense. However, ideological and political education as an important way for ideological transmission and political public practice has encountered many contradictions in the process of public governance and construction, which makes the ideological and political education of public issues the focus of attention.In the context of market economy, the development and problems coexist and so do opportunities and challenges. After all, in the elimination of the publicity of ideological and political education, the human practice or behavior is the decisive factor. Therefore, focus should be put on the importance of human being, taking factors such as an individual's thought and morality into serious consideration, in the development of ideological and political education. The personal ideological and political education should be strengthened and by way of inter-person influence, a holistic and comprehensive re-construction of publicity of the ideological and political education can be made.Starting with the exposition of the concepts concerning the publicity of ideological and political education, this paper objectively describes the phenomenon of the weakening of the public effect of contemporary ideological and political education together with its concrete manifestation and further explores the corresponding reasons based on the theoretical basis such as humanistic standpoint, public quality, and the relationship between social existence and social consciousness in Marxist philosophy. The way for the re-construction of the publicity of ideological and political education is re-considered to actively promote its transformation and growth, and then a specific reconstruction path and some feasible measures are proposed from the perspectives of the basic guarantee, practice and civilized rationality of the ideological and political education. Starting with human beings, a vibrant thinking publicity of political education needs to be built with the combination of the ideological and political education and quality education, as well as the combination of the individual and the community, in line with the demands of the development of the times for the ideological and political education, and taking ideas that reflect the connotation of publicity as theoretical support.
