With the advent of the era of the media,the common people's life and work because of the Internet technology has become more convenient,the popularity of the Internet make people fast access to information,through the BBS,weibo,QQ,WeChat and other tools to communicate.Information collection and dissemination of unprecedented scale and level,but also more important role in network "double-edged sword",the rumor is in the middle,an emerging network tide,demagogic,great harm of Internet rumors has become a "cancer" of building a harmonious civilized society.The accident disaster such as earthquake,plague easily through the Internet rumors spread,in the form of Internet rumors essence is still a rumor,and is closely related to public lives and immediate interests,so high attention and spread quickly.The consequences will cause social panic,disrupt public order,threaten social stability,eventually led to the citizens and the state of life and property damage,so Internet rumors are rumors of must pay attention to and attach importance to type.Fundamentally set up prevention and emergency response system,intensify the punishment of Internet rumors,to our country government to properly handle the public crisis events,enhance the level of government public management has important practical significance,also is the inevitable demands of building a harmonious society.In this paper,combining theoretical research and empirical research,both at home and abroad about the Internet rumors,on the basis of literature review and reference point,provide the basis for Internet rumors governance measures.In this paper,combined with the reality of our country in the collected a large number of domestic and foreign scholars about the Internet rumors,rumors disaster,on the basis of relevant information,first of all,the media and the media age,rumors and the connotation and characteristics of Internet rumors is defined;Then discuss Internet rumors in the media under the tide comes in,from the technical,social and psychological analysis of three aspects in detail respectively;Further to analyze the typical appeared in recent years our country network rumors,in order to investigate the influence of Internet rumors and harm,in the end,according to the cause of the Internet rumors and governance existing problems,put forward the management strategy of Internet rumors,from the government level,the media level,social level and the public level four aspects put forward the coping strategies,auxiliary management and guard against Internet rumors,the relevant government departments in order to improve the government's public management system and promote the harmonious development of society in China.
