Research On The Construction Of Supervision Mechanism Of Rural Grassroots Democratic Election In China

Since the 18 th National Congress of the People's Republic of China,the important exposition of "developing socialist democratic politics and comprehensively promoting the rule of law" has led to the steady progress of various undertakings in our country,the steady and healthy development of rural society and the occurrence of illegal violations in democratic elections.It is not only the hot topic of academic research,but also an important subject to be solved urgently in the democratic election of rural grassroots in our country.It is also an important issue to solve the problem of democratic election in rural areas.It is of great theoretical and practical significance to construct a scientific and reasonable supervision mechanism,clarify the powers and responsibilities of various supervisors and realize the institutionalization,standardization and procedure of democratic elections in rural areas.On the basis of combing the laws and regulations of the villagers' committee of the People's Republic of China,this paper tries to set up the logical framework of "supervision mechanism",which is the "supervision system" of the "grassroots democratic election supervision mechanism construction" in China,,"Supervision of the main" and "actual operation",the use of literature research,questionnaires,statistical analysis,qualitative analysis and other methods to explore China's rural grassroots democratic election supervision mechanism in the many problems.This paper starts from the present situation of the rural grassroots democratic election in our country,investigates the causes of the "deviation" of the electoral supervision and the system design.On this basis,the paper tries to construct from the supervision system,the internal and external supervisors and the actual operation effectiveness Supervision Mechanism of Democratic Election in Rural Grass-roots Units in China.In view of the complexity of the grassroots democratic elections in our country,we should look at the construction of the electoral supervision mechanism from a multi-angle perspective comprehensively.This paper argues that a special village committee election law should be formulated to supplement the detailed relief and punishment methods;to clarify the status and division of responsibilities of internal and external supervisors;to set up special funds and subsidies for democratic elections in rural areas,and to establish the stage Evaluation method.The innovation of the thesis lies in the construction of the logical framework of the "supervision mechanism",and the solution to the problem is solved by using the actual research data and the comparative analysis of the system text.
