Study On The Reengineering Of Service Management Of Retired Cadres In Yunnan Province Under The Background Of Large Data

The management system of the retired officials was formally established in 1982,which is a series of documents issued by the State Council on the?decision of establishing veteran cadres' retirement system?.The service and management practice of retired cadres in Yunnan province began in 1983,and it has been more than 30 years old.Since the establishment of the service management system for retired cadres,it has laid a policy foundation for providing good services for retired cadres in Yunnan province.Therefore,the service and management of retired cadres in Yunnan has also been guaranteed.In the new era,the main contradiction of the service and management of the retired cadres in Yunnan is the supply capacity of the service department in the work department and the retired cadres' disproportion to the demand for service management.Therefore,it is particularly important to explore a more efficient and reasonable service management mode.In this paper,through the analysis of Yunnan Province retired cadres service management present situation,proposed the Yunnan provincial government retired cadres service management work of the crux of the problem lies in the service management processes is unreasonable and unscientific,and then explore the retired cadres service management process reengineering,reengineering model design,and the process reengineering model to carry out the service object satisfaction survey and feasibility analysis the supporting measures,raises difficult questions of service management process reengineering into practice faced and needed.This paper based on the research of Yunnan provincial government retired cadres service management practice,follow the government process reengineering theory,referring to the government process reengineering made in other areas of successful experience,with theory and practice,which can provide reference for solving the main contradiction of the new period of service management of retired cadres.
