| Retired army cadres have made great contributions to the party’s revolution and the country’s construction.Only by inheriting the fine traditions of the Party and the army and doing a good job in the service and management of retired army cadres can we strengthen the country and build up the army and unite the hearts and minds of the army and the people.With the development of the economy and society,and the army retired cadres generally enter the advanced age and high disease stage,the psychological status and service management needs have also changed,showing a trend of diversification,and the current military retired service management model(government single supply type)does not adapt,the contradiction between the two increasingly prominent.Therefore,it is urgent to optimize the service management of retired army cadres.In this paper,through the use of questionnaire survey method to collect the opinions and suggestions of military rest cadres and military rest staff,combined with Maslow demand theory analysis of the current H city military rest service management problems: first,H city military rest service management socialization is insufficient;Second,H city military rest service management content is single;Third,H city military rest service management is backward;Fourth,H city is difficult to solve the diversified needs of military cadres;Fifth,the management of military rest service in H city is not in place.Through literature analysis and interview investigation,this paper analyzes the reasons for the problems existing in the current military rest service management: first,the slow socialization process is caused by imperfect laws and regulations;Second,H city military rest service management organization resources are insufficient;Third,the traditional concept constrains the service management mode diversification;Fourth,the lack of specialization of the military rest work force in H City;Fifth,H city military rest service management assessment system is not perfect.The author draws lessons from the advanced experience at home and abroad and combines the theory of welfare pluralism to put forward the countermeasures to optimize the management of military leave service in H City.The research conclusions are as follows: first,improve the laws and regulations to promote the socialization of military leave service management;Second,the integration of social resources,multiple agents provide services;The third is to set up the diversified concept of service management;Fourth,to strengthen the professional training of military rest work force;Fifth,strengthen military rest service management assessment. |
