Research On The Service Management Of Retired Cadres In The Empty Nest Of The Dalian Army

Retired army cadres are an important part of the retired cadre system and a special group in the ranks of the elderly.For the service management center of retired military cadres in Dalian City,which was established in the 1980 s,at this stage,the proportion of retired cadres leaving the army with empty nests is increasing,and the problems caused by the "empty nests" are becoming increasingly prominent,therefore,It is very important to study how to do well the service management of retired cadres with empty nest in the army.Through the research in this paper,the service management center of retired military cadres in the whole country can be used as a reference for how to serve and manage retired cadres with empty nests in the army.At the same time,it provides reference for the service management of empty nest retired cadres and solving the social problems of empty nest elderly.Firstly,this paper summarizes the service management of empty nest elderly and retired army cadres at home and abroad,and clarifies the background,significance,method and technical route of the research.Based on the analysis of the present situation of service management of retired cadres in Dalian,it is concluded that the problem that needs to be solved urgently in the service management of retired cadres of the army in Dalian is that the empty nest of retired cadres in the army needs to be solved.Secondly,taking the public management theory and Maslow demand hierarchy theory as the theoretical basis,through the way of questionnaire investigation,this paper collects and arranges the information data of the retired cadres of the army empty nest in Dalian.On the basis of fully studying the feedback data of the questionnaire,this paper points out the main problems existing in the service management of retired cadres with empty nest in the army at present.Finally,this paper analyzes the problems of service management of retired cadres from army empty nests in Dalian,points out the causes of the problems,and puts forward a series of suggestions and countermeasures to strengthen the standardization of service management for retired cadres leaving empty nests in the army.The construction of humanization and socialization plays a very important role in enriching the theoretical content of service management for retired military cadres and perfecting the system and mechanism of service management.
