Taking the curriculum(especially the Young Pioneers' activity course)as the title of the plight of Young Pioneers Counselors,it is combined with the background of Young Pioneers' development.In September 2012,the Ministry of Education issued the "Notice of the Ministry of education to strengthen the school activities of the Young Pioneers",clearly stipulates that "the Young Pioneers activities to as stipulated by the state compulsory activity,notify the primary school grade 1 to grade 2 to 1 hours a week" the Ministry of education to strengthen the school activities in the Young Pioneers(to teach the two 2012 No.3).This document marks the introduction of the Young Pioneers activities officially entered the course schedule,become a part of the basic education system in our country.In our current basic education curriculum system,curriculum of the team activities as an important carrier of school moral education,is an important way to cultivate political ideology of children,a course is the most full of vitality will show the value of moral education,the status quo has changed in the past the Young Pioneers activities of fragmentation,the school education of Young Pioneers more systematic and standardization.The Young Pioneers Team based activity curriculum in the traditional activities of the Young Pioneers on the factors into the new era,the fusion development of the Young Pioneers work needs,inject new vitality into the culture in Chinese children's ideology.Faced with such a new curriculum which is different from other subjects,Young Pioneers Counselor has become a key factor in the success of curriculum implementation.On this basis,the author focuses on the Young Pioneers Counselors,conducted a field survey,the present status of the implementation of the Young Pioneers activity curriculum found in Young Pioneers activities into the curriculum schedule within four years,the curriculum has been implemented to a certain extent,but the implementation process still faces many dilemmas,the dilemma mainly refers to the conflict of Young Pioneer ideas and behaviors in the curriculum implementation,whose make it difficult for Young Pioneers Counselors to devote to the implementation of the curriculum.Therefore,in order to ensure that Young Pioneers Counselors really get into the field of curriculum implementation to ensure the smooth implementation of the curriculum.It is necessary to clarify the current situation of the implementation of Young Pioneers' activity curriculum,focus on the plight of Young Pioneers Counselors,and explore the way out of the plight of the Young Pioneers.In this study,168 Young Pioneers Counselors were selected as the survey samples in Sichuan province,and the survey method and interview method were used to carry out the research.The dissertation consists of four parts:Part one is an introduction.This part mainly discusses the research background,briefly introduces the research purpose and significance of the study and the existing,expounds the theoretical basis of this study,namely,teachers focus on stage theory and theory of ecology of education,and the research ideas and research methods are described.Part two is an analysis of dilemma.According to the teachers' concern stage theory,focusing on the current situation of the implementation of the Young Pioneers Counselors,in-depth investigation of the Young Pioneers activity curriculum,based on the questionnaire data of real and practical cases,analyzes the difficulties faced by the Young Pioneers Counselors.This paper expounds the dilemma faced by the young pioneers counselors from the following four aspects.One is in the course of implementing the intention,"the conflict between individual intention" and "document" is obvious,namely behavior follow the provisions of the state,the concept of personal willingness to follow;two is the implementation of curriculum concept,contradiction between "utilitarianism" and "humanism" is prominent;three(content of curriculum implementation the young pioneers activities theme)choice,what is the "school" or "personal decision" is tangled in curriculum implementation;four responsible for the students "or" the school is responsible for the depth of tangled.In the four major difficulties,all Young Pioneers counselors follow the provisions of the state in the behavior or the requirements of the school,but in the mind of the negative attitude in the course of implementation,obvious deeds do not produce,resulting in difficulties.Part three is the cause exploration.Based on the education ecology theory the young pioneers counselors,school and country as a mutual influence and mutual contact "ecosystem",to explore the causes of the dilemma from three aspects.Part four is the breakthrough dilemma.Putting forward the counter measures to break through the predicament.It mainly involves the improvement of the curriculum implementation environment,the reconstruction of the school curriculum culture and the promotion of the professional quality of the Young Pioneers.The Young Pioneers Counselors is the subject of curriculum implementation,this paper makes a tentative discussion on the faces of Young Pioneers Counselors based on the plight.To ensure the smooth implementation of Young Pioneers activities curriculum,Young Pioneers Counselors must overcome multiple dilemma in multiple support.It is based on such considerations,this study from the practical level facing the young pioneers the plight of counselors are discussed,in order to better promote the implementation of the Young Pioneers activity curriculum.
