Research On The Government Public Service Of Tourist Industry Development In Dehua County

After years of economic development,China's tourism industry has entered into a relatively mature stage.Dehua has rich tourism resources.Though its tourism industry started late but developed very soon,has become a "sunrise industry" which boost the local economy development.However,in the process of rapid development of tourism industry,it also inevitably has some problems,one of the important factors is that there is a certain lack of public service of the government behavior.Therefore,analyzing in-depth on the status and role of government behavior which impact on the development of the tourism industry,revealing the existing problems and reasons of the local government behavior,and putting forward countermeasures and suggestions for the improvement of government's public service,is a valuable research subject.In this paper,through field investigation on the tourism industry's public service situation of Dehua government,collect first-hand information,use research methods such as literature study,case analysis and SWOT analysis and so on,and combining the basic theory as the theory of public goods supply,the new public service theory to guide the research.First introduces the current situation of Dehua tourist industry development,analyzing its strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats and other factors.Second reasonably defines the responsibility and boundary of the government's public service,and on this basis,analyzes the relationship between government public service situation and the development of Dehua tourism industry,revealing the existing problems such as unsound management system and mechanism,lack of protection policies in the development of tourism resources,lack of attention to developing of tourism human resources management,lack of consciousness of resource integration,weak official tourism propaganda,etc.Finally,the paper puts forward targeted optimization countermeasures of government public service on Dehua tourism industry,including: perfecting the management system of mechanism,optimizating tourism policies and regulations,strengthening the construction of tourist talents,promoting regional tourism cooperation,innovating marketing ideas,etc.The author hope that this paper can provide a reference for the sustainable development of Dehua tourism industry to a certain extent and policy basis that the local government can play a better role in the tourism development.
