The Research On The Foreign Population Citizenship In Shishi City

As the highly developing of urbanization and industrialization in China,the Chinese urban areas are facing an influx of increasing non-native population.But the problem is that the non-native population as the member of the city not getting a fair treatment in many aspects,such as employment,education,healthcare and so on,which is a deep-seated inequality.With the accelerated process of urbanization,whether the foreign population can be treated fairly is causing the concern of the government,and becomes a hot issue of urban management.The research around in the process of urbanization in Shishi city citizens of non-native population's localization,focusing on the equalization of basic public services in the process of urbanization.Through the analysis of the current situation and problems of the foreign population in Shishi,this policy is put forward.The main content of the article includes three parts.The first part is about the theoretical perspectives which generally defines the conception of non-native people's localization and the equalization of the basic public services.The discussion of the equalization of basic public services and its application in this study.The second part is the empirical perspective.Describes the basic situation of the migrant population in Shishi,from basic education,basic medical and health services,social security,employment and other aspects,analysis of existing problems and causes of Shishi population urbanization,and related policies in Guangzhou city and Xiamen city were investigated.The third part explores and demonstrates the solution to the problem of the population urbanization in Shishi.There are many of researches on the equalization of Chinese basic public services,but the research about non-native population's localization is so much less.This research will be practical,it aims at exploring a better policy of non-native population's localization through the field investigation and interviews.Shishi city is one of the places in Minnan area that has a huge population of non-native people which can be representative in all the eastern costal cities.At the same time,it has been carried out many of helpful experiments,therefore its research can also be an example for other cities.
