Performance appraisal is an important part of enterprise human resources management system,establish a performance evaluation system of performance management is a new development direction,is an important link in relationship to the whole management system.In this paper,starting from the theory and method of performance evaluation,combined with research on the performance appraisal on the posts in the general office of A municipal maintenance company,discusses the design problem of performance appraisal system in an all-round way.In this paper," research on the performance appraisal on the posts in the general office of A municipal maintenance company",used the methods such as interview method,literature method were studied.First performance evaluation related theory were summarized,and comprehensive analysis was carried out on the performance appraisal system,from the theory and method of performance appraisal,laid a solid foundation for this paper carried out theoretical research.Then to municipal keep status of company party and government office job performance evaluation are analyzed,through interviews and questionnaires and so on,further to find the current problems of party and government office job performance evaluation,job performance evaluation system for better design party and government office provides the firsthand material.Secondly,combining the actual problems of company A in the performance appraisal,has carried on the comprehensive analysis,and try to design A set of suitable for the actual situation of A company performance evaluation index system,evaluation method,weighting system,to establish performance appraisal principle,purpose and the performance appraisal main body,Each key for A company party and government office job performance appraisal system to carry on the design,determine the performance appraisal principle and method,the implementation of the performance appraisal process,design of performance appraisal system,Mainly including performance appraisal index,specific performance evaluation standard,make the performance appraisal process,etc.,clear the implementation of a system of performance appraisal program,including before the implementation of performance appraisal of application of related training,performance appraisal results,the results of performance appraisal management.The last research on the performance appraisal on the posts in the general office of A municipal maintenance company to evaluate the research design,including performance appraisal system implementation effect analysis,performance evaluation system of benefit evaluation,as well as to the city to raise tube company party and government office job performance system,and summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of it,Conclusive evaluation and prospect at the same time,and put forward to further improve and solve,to complete the research of this paper.Implementation of the system is under way,the author in pay close attention to the operation condition of the system,so as to find problems in a timely manner to adjust.
