The Governance Modes Of Traffic Jams In Ninghai

Since the reform and opening up,the number of small and medium-sized cities in China has developed rapidly,the number of large,widely distributed,in the small towns in the middle part of the urban system.The rapid development of urbanization,the close linkage between urban and rural areas,the role of land under the replacement function of the city led to changes in the size and layout of these factors have prompted the current non-union,within the barrier nowhere.This paper based on this background to Ninghai County as an example of small and medium-sized city traffic congestion control countermeasures were studied.The first part of this paper begins with the domestic and foreign urban traffic congestion management methods,and analyzes the domestic and foreign research ideas and methods of traffic congestion,from the increase of road supply,traffic demand management,scientific management methods,flexible use of public policy and so on.Pointing out the shortcomings of current research and development direction.The second part of the article investigates and analyzes the current situation of traffic in Ninghai County,and points out the problems and contradictions in the road network,traffic state,static traffic,public traffic and traffic management of Ninghai County.Combining Ninghai County's related urban economic foundation Data and urban traffic planning,forecast the future traffic travel characteristics,motor vehicle ownership and passenger flow characteristics.In the third part,based on the second part,through the analysis and understanding of the current situation of traffic in Ninghai County,the causes of the traffic congestion in Ninghai County are analyzed,and the traffic congestions in Ninghai County are put forward by drawing lessons from the experience of typical urban traffic congestion control at home and abroad.The fourth part of the article constructs the Ninghai county traffic control countermeasure system,builds the sustainable development Ninghai county traffic control countermeasure system,from the road network optimization,the public transportation optimization,the parking optimization,the traffic management optimization,the intelligent transportation system construction.
