Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Community Nursing Service Of A Street In Dazu District Of Chongqing

The aging population is increasingly becoming a serious social problem in many countries and regions in the world,China has entered the aging society at the end of twentieth Century.Today the aging population is getting more and more severe,Under the "get old before it gets rich" and” not ready to get old” case,the traditional family pension model and the lack of institutional pension is increasingly apparent.Community endowment as a comprehensive family pension and institutional pension advantages of the new pension model,Let the elderly not leave home and familiar with the community,but also enjoy the community to provide pension services,is to respond to the correct choice of China's aging population.This paper use Community Care Theory?Welfare multiple theory.Maslow's theory of demand and Social Equity Theory,through the relevant domestic and international community service theory and practice of the analysis,trying to prove that community pension is a line with China's national conditions,and can be integrated Community resources,to fulfill the elderly on the diverse needs of pension services.This paper take A Street in Dazu District as an example,use field research interviews on the A street in five communities of 65 years old and above empty-nested elderly,disabled elderly,low-income elderly and other special elderly were investigated.From the jurisdiction of the elderly in the basic situation,living conditions,pension needs,the A street elderly community needs and supply of the status quo analysis to identify the current A street community pension service problems,combined with Shanghai Community Pension and the Japanese community.The author puts forward some suggestions on improving the development of community aged care service in A Street.
