The Study On The Comprehensive Quality Of The National Defensive Students Of China University Of Petroleum(East China)

With the rapid development of information construction,the military field of the whole world has accelerated its reform which put forward the high requirements for the comprehensive quality.Judging from the national conditions and actual situations of China,it’s necessary to depend on the national education system in addition to the existing military academies.So the research on the national defensive students is meaningful.And the evaluation of the comprehensive quality has become the focus of the experts,the army,the state as it is the crucial point of the education job.This paper takes china university of petroleum(east china)as example,making a questionnaire survey of the comprehensive quality of national defensive students and knowing its conditions.According to it,we find some good aspects such as the high level of political and moral qualities and the enthusiasm to studying.But it also reveals many problems.it analyzed the present evaluation system of the national defensive students form the evaluation period、the procedure、the standard、the contents and the way of calculating the scores and found some problems such as the improper weight.It uses the AHP and the comprehensive fuzzy evaluation to make a optimal design about the comprehensive quality evaluation system of the national defensive students and design the new evaluation standard、weight and so on.And it uses the structural equation model to prove the scientific of results.It points out the direction of the further education management as it makes the crucial factors clear.Finally,it lists some measures to provide guarantee for the need of the army.
