Research Of Relationship Between Population Culture Quality And Economic Development Level In Guizhou

There is a certain relationship between population quality and social economy,and the degree of coupling coordination between them is an important indicator of sustainable development of society and economy.Under China's new normal economy,improving the ability of independent innovation has become an important guarantee for China to deal with the international challenges,build an innovation oriented country and achieve sustainable economic development.Population quality is the most direct ways to improve the ability of independent innovation.It is not only an important means to promote regional economic development,but also an inevitable requirement of the comprehensive national strength competition among countries.In the underdeveloped areas of western in China with the poor living standards the lack of social security facilities and the level of education lags behind the overall quality which of these area's have a poor population quality.The poor quality of the population has become an obstacle to the economic and social sustainable development of China's central and Western Regions.To clarify the quality of the population and economic development coordination degree,to improve the population quality is the effective way to change from the province of population to province of human resources,China's underdeveloped provinces population they are effective measures for promote the comprehensive development of population,the healthy development of and harmonious development of society and economy.Guizhou Province in 1990-2015 years the population quality and the level of economic development as the research object,construct the evaluation index system of population comprehensive quality and economic development level,analyze the relationship between population quality and economic development from two vertical and horizontal angle.From the time and space of the quality of the population and economic development of multi-level analysis.By using the spatial autocorrelation method to analyze population comprehensive quality and level of economic development of the spatial autocorrelation,using correlation analysis and multiple stepwise regression method to study the main factors to affect the development of each other.Finally,this paper studies the coordination degree of population quality and economic development by the method of coupling coordination model,and puts forward some suggestions to promote the improvement of population quality,there are some results:(1)The quality of population and economic development have been improved in both time and space,these preferably regions of population.Good quality and economic development in the region is mainly located in the core area of Guiyang as the center,and other remote areas of population quality and economic development level is relatively backward.(2)The cultural quality of the population and economic development basically has a significant positive correlation between the number of teachers,which influence on economy is most significant,followed by a college population,once again,the average number of years of education,the illiteracy rate has little effect.In multivariate stepwise regression analysis,quantitative research on the cultural quality of economic development,and the illiteracy rate the average number of years of education variables were excluded,and the number of college teachers more than the proportion of the population affected by the cultural quality of the population;as the dependent variable regression,proportion of non-agricultural industries and the per capita GDP of the population culture quality improved obviously,other variables were entered into the regression equation.(3)In Guizhou Province from 1990 to 2015,the type of coupling coordination has experienced a serious imbalance to a high degree of coordination process.In 2000,it was mainly mild disorder type,and in 2010,it was mainly moderate coordination type.From the perspective of space,the highly coordinated type area is mainly located in the core area around Guiyang,and other remote areas of low coordination type.
