The Situation Analysis And Solution Research On The Old-age Care Service Of Dashi Subdistrict, Hechuan District, Chongqing Municipality

As the constantly grossing aging situation in China,the traditional old-age care style which is mainly family and own care style as a supplement of institution care style have already appeared more and more problems in the live of old people.In response to this problem,this paper starts from Dashi Subdistrict,Hechuan district,Chongqing municipality the lower goverment area and has completely anlysed the situaton,the problems and the causes of local old-age care service,etc.Through the anlysis of old-age care service experiences both native and foreign,it finds that the local economic development,the old-age living enviromnet and the humanistic characteristics of Dashi Subdistrict are all very special,and to solve this problem must inovate a special path pattern of old-age care service,that is the polycentric governace pattern of old-age care service.the polycentric governace pattern of old-age care service is a kind of pattern which is based on the cooperating of polycentric thematic elements,innovating the old-age care services,perfecting the single function of old-age care pattern to achieve the goal of satisfying the various demands of old people and enriching the rest life of old people.This paper has uesd the polycentric governance theory to make a exploring research of old-age care service's polycentric governance in Dashi Subdistrict,Hechuan district,Chongqing municipality.It has completely state the polycentric governance's pattern,the build processes,the advatages and the measures of safeguard of Dashi Subdistrict,Hechuan district,Chongqing municipality's old-age care service.Hoping to using this research to find a breach to explore an old-age care style,which is more suitable for China,and in order to spread to Chongqing even the whole China.
