Under The Background Of Aging Our Country’s Community Endowment Service Problems Research

The development of Chinese population is showing the trend of aging andhigh-aging, which lead to higher requirements of social old-age security. Up to now,the Social Security building of our country is necessary to be improved, especiallyfacing the majority of ordinary elderly-related pension services. Multi-level old-agesecurity system with the government guidance, community involvement and thesociety sponsored should be established, and community pension service with theadvantages of economy, convenience and accessibility is an important way for themajority of ordinary elderly care service guarantee. Therefore, in-depth study on theproblem of community care services, to build a more scientific and reasonable, andthe feasibility of the countermeasure system is of great significance.In this work, the connotation and basic content of the community services forthe aged was discussed based on the summary of Chinese aging population, combinedwith the international community care service experience and the development of ourcommunity endowment, an objective analysis of the problems faced by the urbancommunity care service system and system building programs, and build concept, theactual operation of the pension system of urban communities to build elaborate.
