As the current trend of the spread of terrorism is widening,the situation of anti-terrorism is also serious.The development of terrorism presents a new pattern and the frequency of crime of transnational and cross-regional terrorism is increasing,and its fragmented forms of attack and contact of network concealment have become normative.Countries have found that it is difficult to make lasting and effective anti-terrorism by single handedly,so international anti-terrorism cooperation has become their inevitable choice.As anti-terrorism cooperation is more frequent and closes,countries cannot just rely on political communication to reach a consensus,so they fight terrorism together through the signing of the anti-terrorism cooperation content.Anti-terrorism criminal judicial cooperation is part of anti-terrorism cooperation.In order to achieve their own anti-terrorism purposes,treaty members jointly comply with all kinds of provisions conducive to anti-terrorism,in which the judicial provisions form anti-terrorism criminal judicial cooperation system.Terrorist acts are often manifested as destruction of public facilities,intimidation of the general public and so on,and its manifestation is almost in line with the definition of criminal offenses in all countries,but not all countries have reached the same awareness of anti-terrorism.The relevant countries think that this kind of behavior is defined as terrorist activities,and jurisdiction is an important prerequisite for criminal judicial cooperation in anti-terrorism.In addition,in the system of anti-terrorism judicial cooperation,the state has the basic principles of international law and the right of antiterrorism,the obligation of anti-terrorism and the responsibility of anti-terrorism.Various countries and regional organizations maintain the operation of the system of anti-terrorism judicial cooperation through the signing of treaties and diplomatic means.The specific forms of anti-terrorism judicial cooperation include the extradition,the transfer of sentenced persons,the exchange of judicial information and the attachment,arrest and freezing of terrorist property.In the trend of anti-terrorism in the world,China is also continue to practice,and pass the "Anti-Terrorism Law of the People's Republic of China" in the country,actively participate in international anti-terrorism judicial cooperation abroad.
