Research On China's International Judicial Cooperation In Counter-Terrorism Under The Guidance Of Overall National Security Concept

Nowadays,the world is in the age of globalized information,and terrorist forces are gradually turning to launch terrorist activities across countries and regions.As a result,the threat of terrorist forces has become even more frightening.Terrorist activities by terrorist forces have become more deadly and more widespread.So Countries around the world have to pay enough attention to terrorism,put more and more energy into counter-terrorism,and adopt more and more complex and diversified governance methods.In the course of fighting against the terrorist forces for a long time,all countries have realized that the anti-terrorism activities are no longer the combat activities of one country.In order to achieve the goal of eradicating the forces of terrorism,it is necessary for countries to establish international judicial cooperation mechanism against terrorism,safeguard world peace and stability.China,which has always pursued world peace and domestic unity and stability,is no exception.We have been fighting against terrorist forces from the beginning to the end.The inclusion of counter-terrorism in the national security strategy in the report of the 19 th CPC national congress is a major development in the field of counter-terrorism.Under the guidance of the overall national security concept,the implementation of China's anti-terrorism strategy is supported by scientific theories in line with China's national conditions.It has avoided falling into blind and unreasonable anti-terrorism mode due to the hatred of terrorist forces,thus violating the anti-terrorism tenet of maintaining social harmony and ensuring people's safety and happiness.In the main field of terrorism governance,China should assume the national responsibility,fulfill the obligations stipulated in international treaties,and balance the international and domestic counter-terrorism work.Therefore,China needs to accept the guidance of the overall national security concept.China improve the theoretical system of international judicial cooperation against terrorism.So that the theoretical system has scientific,detailed,in line with the characteristics of practical needs.This paper focuses on the overall national security concept under the guidance.How to improve the judicial cooperation on anti-terrorism in China.We will make our modest contribution to the early realization of the goal of eradicating terrorist forces,maintaining social harmony and stability,and ensuring people's safety and happiness.This paper is divided into three parts in structure:The first chapter is written from two aspects.The first part includes the connotation of the overall national security concept and the necessity of its guidance for China's international judicial cooperation against terrorism.Explain why the overall concept of national security should be proposed.The second part includes the definition of terrorism and the new trends of terrorism.In addition,the meaning and function of international judicial cooperation against terrorism are expounded.The second chapter mainly summarizes China's long-term practice in international judicial cooperation against terrorism.This paper expounds the ways of cooperation included in China's international judicial cooperation against terrorism.This paper summarizes the shortcomings of international judicial cooperation measures against terrorism.The third chapter mainly discusses and analyzes the guiding role of the overall national security concept in improving China's international judicial cooperation against terrorism.How to improve China's international judicial cooperation against terrorism,under the guidance of the generalnational security concept.
