Study Of Digital Social Administration Of Jinjiang Municipal Government

Strengthening and making innovations in social administration have become the objective need of China's social and economic development at present,which is also an impotent perspective to solve the problems and challenges that the social administration of China is faced with.With the arrival of big data,all parts of China are actively exploring to make innovations in social administration by digitization to solve the bottleneck of social administration development.As one of the economic hundred counties,the economic gross of Jinjiang has come out of on top among the counties and cities through China.However,with the development of economy,many social contradictions present to turn increasingly,and the social administration can't keep pace with the growing needs of people for living,housing,education,transportation,medication and so on.To build a service-oriented government and improve the social administration level of Jinjiang,the party committee and government of Jinjiang began to reform from their own management.In 2006,they built E-government by using modern information technology,providing a good model for the organization building of county(city)level E-government in our country.Since then,Jinjiang has found a way to solve social administration problem and meet the needs of people through development and application of digital technology.This study takes Jinjiang City as an example,taking digital governance theory as the guiding theory,By analyzing the status quo of the digital social administration of Jinjiang,the existing problems as well as the reasons,this paper puts forward related solutions and policies,and provides ideas and methods for the digital social administration development of the counties(cities)of the same scale.In this study,we use the methods of literature analysis and empirical analysis to do the following research:First,This study analyzed through literature analysis to analyze China's current cities in the use of digital technology for the management of social performance achieved,problems and Jinjiang City of digital social management Significance.Second,through interviews with relevant departments to conduct interviews,for a further investigation of digital social management in Jinjiang City.Comprehensive summary at the problems in the digital construction of Jinjiang City,include the lack of top-level design,construction uneven,information sharing islands and other issues.And analyze the reasons,put forward the countermeasures to solve the related problems.This study attempts to explore the impact of the application of digital technology on the organizational structure and system construction of the government,and draw the digital construction to promote the integration of public resources in Jinjiang City,save the time of social management,promote the efficient operation of social management,The transformation of the social management system to promote the completion of research conclusions.
