Research On Video Policing Construction Of Security Community In Jinjiang City Of Fujian Province

Community is the basic cell of the society,and also an important part of national public security.The security of community reflects the social security and the public safety.The video surveillance system is the first line of defending the community security,so,the construction of community is becoming more and more attention on video policing surveillance system.Jinjiang City is the forefront city of developing in Fujian Province,and is also one of China's most developed counties.Jinjiang City's economic develops rapidly,and also the security community construction,and is now exploring the social governance video surveillance system monitoring system in standardization,network and intelligent.This paper takes the safe community construction in Jinjiang city of Fujian Province as an example,and the video policing construction from the perspective of security community as the research object.Base on the social risk prevention theory,and emergency management theory,and other related theories,this paper analyzes the macro environment of video policing construction in Jinjiang city using the PEST analysis.Research shows that,at present,the problems that Jinjiang city is now facing on construction of security community video policing is that: video policing system departments lack of cooperation,the system encounters problems frequently,and the poor utilization of video data value of the policing system.The cause of the problems include: the work of video policing has not yet formed laws and regulations,lack of systematic work of video policing,lack of video monitoring equipment layout and maintenance,and lack of professional team of video policing.To promote the construction of the security community video policing work in Jinjiang city: urge the legislation construction of security community video policing to solve the problem of lacking legal protection,promote the cooperation of different department by constructing three-level security community video policing working system,optimize the working mechanism of security community video policing,establish systematic data digging and service system of security community video policing,complete the distribution of video surveillance and running,cultivate specialists on video policing.
