A Study On Employment Of Floating Population In Quanzhou

As a product of economic and social development,floating population is an essential link in the process of industrialization,urbanization and modernization.How to solve the employment problem of the floating population is the key factor for the harmonious development of the society and the foundation of building harmonious Quanzhou.In the construction of a well-off society in the horn,the "second five" period,we must properly solve the problem of employment of migrants.The employment of migrant workers in China is a key step in the transformation of urban-rural dual structure.Therefore,more and more social eyes are gathered in the actual employment of floating population.However,there are some disagreements in the academic circles about the influencing factors of the income of the floating population and the nature of the employment units.There are some differences in the research results on the factors influencing the income of migrant workers and the nature of employment units at different levels.Quanzhou is one of the cities with large floating population in Fujian Province.This paper uses the dual labor market theory,population migration theory and cumulative effect theory to analyze and analyze the employment problem of floating population in Quanzhou.Combining 2000 sample survey data,This paper analyzes the problems of floating population in Quanzhou city,mainly from the perspective of the nature of employment units and employment income.This paper is different from other scholars' research,and then hopes to solve the problems faced by floating population in Quanzhou City.The floating population employment management policy reference and reference experience,put forward in line with the Quanzhou city of floating population employment problems in the government needs to improve the measures and recommendations.This paper is divided into five parts.Firstly,it summarizes and comments on the employment-related literature of the floating population.Then it defines the concepts of floating population,dual labor market theory,population migration and transformation theory,cumulative effect theory and employment guarantee theory..The third part analyzes the characteristics of the employment status quo of Quanzhou floating population by investigating the demographic data of Quanzhou,including the characteristics of gender,educational level,employment,employment unit,employment time and employment income,The results show that there are high and low grades of male and female distributions,and the number of non-agricultural households is higher than that of agricultural households in the high-grade units,and those with higher educational level are more than those with low educational level Exist in a high-grade unit.Quanzhou most of the mobile employment of the average monthly income of urban population is less than the average income,there is a big difference between the two.At the same time,different occupations,there are gaps in income.In the floating population below the minimum wage standard,the floating population's age has a negative correlation with its monthly income.The fourth part is to analyze the current Xiamen and Guangzhou two cities in response to the status quo of floating population and the countermeasures for the analysis of Quanzhou city reference.The last part is to elaborate the status quo of floating population in Quanzhou,and put forward some countermeasures to improve the employment of floating population in Quanzhou.It mainly includes five aspects,provide the employment platform of Quanzhou female floating population,strengthen the education and training of floating population in Quanzhou,Improve the household registration system of floating population in Quanzhou,provide vocational diversification of floating population,strengthen the professional skills of floating population,improve working conditions and reduce working hours.
