In the 21 st century,our country has entered the aging society in an all-round way,individuals take widely attention to the increasing demands which were caused by the aging population,among that,the institutional caring for the aged is a vital part of pension mode in China,the institutional caring for the aged and its carrier——elderly facilities are one of the core concerns of pension problem in our country.Tianjin is a city with serious aging population,the six center districts of Tianjin are also the areas most affected by aging population and the degree of it is much higher than other surrounding suburban areas.Accordingly,the development of elderly facilities the six center districts is much earlier and more mature than that in other surrounding areas.Nowadays,the academic sector on systematic research and analysis of elderly facilities in this region is relatively less,so this article focuses on doing systematic research for the current situation of six center districts' elderly facilities and analyzing the existing problems,to summarize patterns and connections and try to provide reference opinions for its future development.The paper is divided in seven parts:the first chapter is the introduction that defines the research object and scope and research actuality.Chapter two compares the data from the survey of the elderly population and pension institutions,calculates the meet demand rate of the elderly facilities and the proportion of supply and demand,then compare with the target index.Research on the classification of the old category,scale,undertake type,level of medical treatment and construction time,then research the rule.Chapter three analyzes the distribution regularities of different-scale elderly facilities and the connection of them.At the same time,to point out the unreasonable distribution area of ix center districts' elderly facilities,then summarize the correlation between other category urban facilities and them.Chapter four makes a classification comparison and statistical analysis for the construction index of six center districts' elderly facilities and point out the current problems base on the building code.Chapter five based on the analysis above,decodes and comments the current situation of six center districts' elderly facilities.In Chapter six,this thesis brings some proposals and predicts the future trend of development of elderly facilities.The last chapter Summarizes the research results of this paper.The paper points out that the research within the scope of the general situation in our country is the development of the elderly facilities can't keep up with the process speed of the aging population,the market of elderly facilities is a mixed bag and there are already plenty of problems in current.The paper cogitates and solves the problems in present,at the same time,also discusses the future development trend of the pension market organizations and pension mode.
