Management Problems And Solution Of Public Disabled Elderly Care Center

With the development of society,the population structure of China has changed.The aging population trend is more and more serious.The population above 60 years accounts for the proportion of the total population is growing year by year.The aging of the population in the form of is more and more serious.And the elderly,disabled,elderly dementia,the number of empty nest has increased,especially disability and dementia quantity has grown rapidly,which has become future population of China and it is one of the most difficult problem to solve in the process of aging.This part of the population need to be taken more professional care.And now most of the family structure in China has changed,the weakening of family pension function,ordinary pension institutions can not meet the pension needs of disabled elderly people with dementia.Therefore,the professional disabled pension institutions need to be developed,especially the disabled pension institutions for the public disabled pension agency acts as the flag.However,there is much management issues must pay attention to solve in the process of the development.In this paper,the elderly care center in Wuxi is taken as an example to analyze the current situation of management,including the development history,management mode and management effect.And we take questions about its management,service object,service function of dislocation dislocation,lack of medical care,to provide medical services for the elderly,too high operating costs,equipment utilization rate is not high,the elderly spiritual attention is not enough,the nursing service quality problems more prominent.Through literature survey,individual interviews and statistical analysis and survey research and analysis of these issues,for the elderly in Wuxi city supporting some management issues raise center to analyze the reasons,and puts forward some countermeasures of public disability pension institutions to continuously improve the management efficiency of dementia,the government departments to support all aspects of the organization,other related enterprises and institutions to provide support and assistance to all aspects of institutions,social organizations or groups to give support and help in all aspects of institutions,media institutions,disabled elderly people with dementia and family institutions and relations to support mechanism.
