Advancing The Police Modernization Construction Of Local Public Security Sub Research

China's economy has entered a rapid development track in the twenty-first century while our economy is growing,but also accompanied by a series of social.Public security organs is as the main force in the face of these social security problems.They spent a lot of manpower and resources in solving these security issues each year.But all kinds of social problems are still very serious.These problems make the public security organs exhausted,police officers work overtime to become normal.At present,police agencies in each cities contribute to the modernization of police,and strive to improve the efficiency of police operations,ease the pressure of police officers.Suzhou city's Municipal Public Security Bureau stay ahead in the police modernization construction and firstly proposed the police modernization index system,to guide the Suzhou city's Municipal Public Security Bureau and the local branch of the police modernization construction,which has made some achievements.But there is still a considerable problem.This paper first uses the methods of literature research,interview and comparative analysis to define the concept of modernization and the modernization of police affairs,and discusses the significance and particularity of the local public security bureau police modernization construction in detail.Secondly,it systematically introduced the current situation of the Suzhou Public Security Bureau Xiangcheng Public Security Bureau of the police modernization construction systematically;Thirdly,according to the author's practical experience,this paper analyzes the shortcomings of the modernization of the police in the Xiangcheng Public Security Bureau,and analyzes the reasons for obstructing the modernization of the police in the Xiangcheng Public Security Bureau;and then introduces some of the domestic and foreign police modernization advanced practices,and summed up the experience;Finally,combined with the actual situation of the work,proposed some optimization advice for the future of the Xiangcheng Public Security Bureau to promote the modernization of police.This paper puts forward some opinions and suggestions on the goal of building police modernization,which is in line with the development trend of current police work and has a strong maneuverability.In general,it is necessary to understand the level of modernization of police affairs first,that is the modernization of police concept,the modernization of police system,the modernization of police mechanism,the modernization of police technology and equipment,the modernization of police officers and so on.It's from such a few angle of the full implementation of modernization that be able to promote the overall police work forward and improve efficiency.
