Study On The Influencing Factors Of Urban Community Governance Innovation

China has shifted from a rural society to an urban society.The harmony and stability of the urban community is becoming more and more important to the construction of a harmonious society in China.But since the reform and opening up,China’s urban economy has undergone tremendous changes,the living standards of the people in the urban community have been greatly improved,the demand for social governance has also improved,the requirements for the form of community management and the content,form and quality of community services also increase accordingly,the existing urban community governance system has been put forward higher requirements.And the urban community as an increasingly important basic unit in China’s social and social management,is also an increasingly important carrier in China’s social construction.Community governance is,of course,the basic unit that promotes the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity.Therefore,under the requirements of the national governance system and the modernization of governance capability,the demands and diversification of community residents are under the new situation,and the constantly enriched means and tools of community governance,how to speed up the reform and innovation of the governance system and governance model(mode and method),and promote the modernization of the community governance system and governance capability has become a major practical problem facing the urban community.In view of this,this paper first designs the evaluation index system of urban community governance innovation and the measurement variables of potential influencing factors.Then the corresponding questionnaire was designed and a questionnaire survey was conducted in Fuzhou.And then,based on the questionnaire data of 480 community residents from 36 communities in Fuzhou,the structural equation model was used to identify the key influencing factors of Urban Community Governance Innovation.Finally,based on the findings and empirical research conclusions,the policy implications of strengthening urban community governance innovation capability are put forward.Through the above theoretical analysis and empirical research,the following main conclusions are obtained.First,the residents’ consciousness of participating in community governance,the urbanity’s community attachment,the residents’ awareness of community affairs,overall quality of residents,economic conditions of residents,degree of friendly relations among residents have a significant positive impact on urban community governance innovation.Second,material resources in the community(community managers,experience richness,abundance of internal and external resources),elite resources(Party elite,economic elite,social elite),ability of community managers(member knowledge level,age of members,enthusiasm of members),policy resources(the level of resource support of higher government and the positioning of community managers)have significant positive influence on urban community governance innovation.Third,the degree of financial dependence of the higher government,the degree of intervention by higher authorities and the degree of intervention by higher authorities have a significant negative impact on urban community governance innovation.
