Influencing Factors Of Urban Community Resilience And Governance Countermeasures

At present,China is in a period of frequent emergencies,the loss and harm caused by all kinds of disasters to urban communities is growing day by day.How to effectively fight disasters from the urban community level,reduce the harm of disasters to urban development and community residents,make the internal and external environment return to disaster loss,is an important issue facing urban governance at present,and resilience management has become a major research hotspot of urban community governance under the risk society.Based on the theory of resilience management,Urban Community Resilience focuses on the urban community as the basic unit of the city,focusing on the urban community's own resilience and disaster recovery capacity,from post-disaster response management to an emphasis on the promotion of pre-disaster prevention capacity.On the basis of literature analysis at home and abroad,this paper probes into the definition,influencing factors and governance countermeasures of Urban Community Resilience,validates the influencing factors and action path of Urban Community Resilience through empirical research,and puts forward some governance countermeasures of community resilience.Firstly,this paper traces the resilience theory,summarizes the research progress of Urban Community Resilience in foreign countries in recent 10 years based on literature measurement,probes into the connotation and influencing factors of Urban Community Resilience through a literature analysis of Urban Community Resilience at home and abroad,and secondly,sorts out the definitions and influencing factors of Urban Community Resilience,and summarizes Urban Community Resilience into two categories: community resilience and physical resilience.Based on the theory? of “population,culture,regional,industrial and landscape”,a model of the influencing factors of physical toughness? on community resilience is proposed.Furthermore,through investigation and research,factor analysis,correlation analysis and structural equation models are used to test the influencing factors of Urban Community Resilience,and the influencing factors of Urban Community Resilience include population culture factors,regional factors,industrial factors and landscape factors.Urban Community Resilience from the perspective of Community toughness? includes two dimensions of residents ' sense of belonging and community Relationship network,and it is found that population culture factors have significant positive effects on the Urban Community Resilience themselves and their two dimensions,and the regional factors have significant negative effects on Urban Community Resilience.Industrial factors have a significant positive impact on Urban Community Resilience themselves and the network of Urban Community relations.Landscape factors have no significant effect on Urban Community Resilience themselves and their two dimensions.Finally,based on the empirical research results some governance countermeasures for Urban Community Resilience are put forward.Research on Urban Community Resilience in China is still in its infancy.This paper has combed the connotation of Urban Community Resilience and conducted empirical research on the influencing factors and path of Urban Community Resilience.This paper provides both a healthy and stable operation of Urban Communities under high-pressure and high-risk backgrounds and a reference for the study of the operational mechanism of Urban Community Resilience and the research on the countermeasures of Urban Community Resilience.
