Study On The Resettlement Community Construction In C City From The Perspective Of Social Capital Theory

The theory of social capital is popular in the world,and has a strong explanatory power for many social problems in the world.The use of social capital theory to explain the issues related to the construction of resettlement community is also convincing,there is a positive relationship between the two,that is to say,social capital has a great role in promoting the construction of community.The stock of social capital,such as trust,regulation and network,often has the characteristics of self enhancement and accumulation,which has the nature of production.Community norms social network daily behavior,constraint the densely populated can promote the residents to participate in the construction,the height of the community trust all the residents can enhance the capacity of collective action,so as to ensure the smooth development of the construction of resettlement community.This paper from the perspective of social capital theory to use the knowledge of relevant theories of political science,sociology and other research methods,using qualitative and quantitative research,based on combing the domestic and abroad,combined with the actual situation of the C city resettlement community construction,analyzes the problems existing in the construction of resettlement community,and deep-seated problems caused by mining the reason for the problem,further put forward the corresponding countermeasures.It was found that the concrete manifestation of the problems existing in the construction of resettlement community in the neighborhood:residents,and residents of the government trust degree decreased gradually,appear distrust phenomenon;formal institution and informal institution within the community construction can not meet the actual demand of community residents,not obvious constraint on the development of community relations network;out of balance the network is not perfect and so on.These problems are mainly caused by the vertical network,the traditional trust culture management system,lack of cultivation of top-down development of intermediary organizations,residents lack of legal awareness is not strong,community values and moral weakening restriction reasons.Aiming at the problems of resettlement community,starting from the three elements of trust,norms and networks put forward the countermeasures are:strengthening the cultivation of resettlement community network of social relations,rationalize the relationship between the community and promote lateral network development,and actively promote the development of residents participating in the network and the intermediary organization,the formation of lateral social network intensive;strengthen the placement the construction of community norms,improve the community construction of formal institutions,exerting system;on the promotion of community trust,excavate the traditional trust culture,increase interaction between residents and promote trust,focus on the transformation of government administrative dominant position,to regain the trust of residents.Through specific measures,the accumulation of social capital stock,and then promote the development of C city resettlement community,to better integrate into the ranks of modern urban community construction.
