Research On The Governance Of Xinnong Community From The Perspective Of Social Capital Theory

With the acceleration of urbanization,some areas have begun to explore the construction of "new rural communities" such as village conversions and concentrated residential areas for farmers.The Xinnong Community is neither a simple copy of an urban community nor a simple reconstruction of a rural community.Its community culture and economic development are in the middle of the city and the countryside,and it has both urban and rural characteristics.Xinnong community,as a hot spot of current rural social issues,has aroused many discussions and concerns.Therefore,the Xinnong community has become the focus of academic attention,and it is also a new focus of social capital theoretical research.The practice and discussion of the governance of the Xinnong community will surely improve the theory of social capital in community governance.Social capital has a profound impact on the community governance of the Xinnong community.Through the analysis of the function of social capital,it is found that trust,norms and networks as important components of social capital have different impacts on community governance.Trust,as an important tool,can promote the residents of Xinnong community to participate in community governance,specifically by promoting the formation of farmers' awareness of participation,assisting in solving the dilemma of collective action,and enhancing the recognition of community governance.The community norms mainly achieve effective community governance by restricting the behavior of farmers in the Xinnong community.Specifically,community norms are effective in two ways: formal community norms,namely institutional constraints,regulate farmers' behaviors,and informal community norms such as ethical values to shape residents' spirits,thereby advancing community governance.The importance of community networks has also increased significantly.A good community network can promote the integration of community resources;specifically,the community network promotes the organization of the Xinnong community,and the improvement of the level of organization is beneficial to enrich the spiritual life of the community and improve the community governance of residents Participation: The community network solves the problems of community governance by cooperating with all parties to realize a harmonious community environment.Therefore,cultivating good community capital is of great significance to the governance of the Xinnong community,and it is urgent to accelerate it in practice.This article takes the farmers' concentrated residential community in W District of Weifang City as a sample of the Xinnong community,combines theory with practice,studies its governance model and its development characteristics,and uses social capital theory to analyze its problems in community governance.The study found that in order to promote the governance of the Xinnong community into a good cycle,the following three aspects are required to cooperate: one is to increase farmers' trust in the community,and to stimulate residents' sense of identity with the Xinnong community;the other is to establish and improve the interaction norms of residents in the Xinnong community.,Promote diversified governance;third,weave a deep-level community network in Xinnong Community to realize timely information transmission and resource sharing.In the process of community governance,some new problems will continue to arise,and it is necessary to find a more complete model of new rural community governance in continuous exploration,and continue to promote the improvement of governance.
