The Chinese Youth Pioneer is a mass organization for children and young people founded and led by the Communist Party of China.It is also the most influential and standardized organization for the political enlightenment and education of children and young people.The Young Pioneers ' main mission is political enlightenment and value education.The Young Pioneers have carried out pre-team education,ritual activities,team meetings,cadre elections,Young Pioneers congress and other activities to enhance team members 'identification with their own identity and strengthen the team members' sense of organization.However,in the schools that are mainly academic,the intensity and time of political enlightenment education is obviously lacking.The Pioneer team activities cannot take care of all team members.Some of the players are still outside and have no sense of belonging to their own players and the Young Pioneers organization.This study takes primary school counselors and young pioneers as the research object.By consulting relevant literature and combining the situation of the investigation,it mainly analyzes the problems and reasons behind the political enlightenment education in the school young pioneers' activities,explores and promotes the activities of the young pioneers effective strategies for Chinese political enlightenment education.This research is mainly divided into five parts:The first part is the introduction.This part mainly elaborates the research background,research significance,concept definition,literature review,and also discusses the main content,research ideas and methods,and the major and difficult points of the research.This section focuses on the current theories of the Young Pioneer activities and political enlightenment,clarifies the current research trends,priorities,and difficulties,and lays the foundation for the next research.The second part mainly describes the current situation of the political enlightenment activities of the Young Pioneers.The literature method,interview method,observation method and case method are used to describe the current situation from the perspective of the counselor and the young pioneers.Counselors include their understanding of political enlightenment education activities,and counselors start from two aspects of the design and organization of the activities.The description of the team members' political consciousness enlightenment,acquisition of political identity and political participation.Through the description of the status quo,the urgency of political enlightenment education in the Young Pioneer activities is further highlighted.The third part is the development of political enlightenment activities.The school level is: the school does not attach importance to the political enlightenment education of the Young Pioneers;the school does not fully integrate the external forces;the school has not yet formed perfect activity evaluation system.The level of the counselor is: the counselor's lack of understanding of the importance of political enlightenment education;the counselor's cognition of the content of political enlightenment is vague;the counselor's lack of teaching experience in the implementation of the activity.The level of players is: lower-level players have lower participation than older-level players;ordinary players have lower participation than younger cadres.The fourth part is mainly to analyze the causes of political enlightenment education in the Young Pioneers activities.The school level is: the school does not have a comprehensive understanding of the political attributes of the young pioneers;the school lacks training on the political enlightenment of the counselor;the home school community has not formed a real joint force;The school does not attach importance to the establishment of a political enlightenment education evaluation system.The level of the instructor is: the instructor is affected by the heavy teaching tasks;the instructor lacks high political literacy;the instructor lacks the experience of scientific guidance to the young pioneers.At the player level: some young pioneers do not have a clear understanding of the political attributes of the young pioneers;some young pioneers lack a sense of political participation.The fifth part proposes effective strategies to promote political enlightenment education in the Young Pioneer activities.The author mainly puts forward strategies to solve the problem from three aspects: school,counselor and young pioneers.
