Research On Community Grid Management Of Xiamen In The Visual Range Of Collaborative Governance

In recent years,the economic strength has increased a lot because of the Reform and Opening.But the structural transformation of the society can't catch up with the steps of the economy growth.Because of the social stratum differentiation,interest demands and service requirement has been diversified and the social contradictions has increased.Which has became a bad factor affecting the social stability.The stability of the community is closed related to the development of the city.It's important to decentralize the power and ease the tensions at grass-roots level to continue the cooperative governance in primary-level social management.Community grid management of Xiamen has provided a good example for search on the transformation of the community governance.And it also has a positive effect in promoting cooperative autonomy,rasing the residents' satisfaction and stimulating social vitality.However,in the specific implementation process,there are still some problems.Such as the management processes is not smooth,the awareness of public participation is weak,the low efficiency of governance,the staff is under the burden of a heavy wordload and the heavy administrative burden.Which because the governance mechanism has not been straightened out,the concept of governance is relatively backward,the government is not committed to foster the participation of multi-subject,the administrative tendency is serious and the staffs ability is limited.This thesis develops research work aiming at the above problems.According to the research on community grid management in the visual range of collaborative governance,attaching great importance to the study of the integration of community governance,optimize the management construction and public service,improve the participation of multi-subject and the platform will have great significance in improving the community grid management.
