| With the rapid development of electronic technology,the level of computer technology and information technology has been continuously improved.In particular,the popularization and promotion of Internet technology have made the role of e-government in government administration irreplaceable.E-government plays an increasingly important role in improving government efficiency,promoting the openness of government affairs,improving public services and improving the image of government.Compared with the developed countries,the development of e-government in China is still in the initial stage,and it is still lagging behind in the construction of infrastructure construction and the popularization of e-government,especially the legal system of e-government.Writing this article,based on the actual of the province of H province e-government intranet construction,to a large amount of data and information collected by research,uses the many kinds of research methods,the comprehensive analysis of the data and information collected and summarized,based on the characteristics and problems of e-government intranet construction H province,explore the method of the construction of local government in e-government network and laws,to speed up the construction measures and ways are put forward.Firstly,the relevant concepts of e-government are interpreted,and the necessity,urgency and actuality of the development of e-government are comprehensively analyzed and-analyzed,which can be used as inspiration and reference for the development of e-government Intranet in H province.Secondly,based on a large number of data,this paper illustrates the current situation and problems of the development of e-government Intranet in H province,and makes a comprehensive analysis of relevant problems such as unbalanced development,low resource utilization,unscientific management,and weak operation and maintenance capability,which leads to the main causes of these problems.Finally,from the e-government construction,management,service three levels,how to further improve the H province e-government network of the effectiveness of the proposed respectively,for the H province e-government intranet construction can learn from the research results. |
