The Operation Of The Selection Mode Of Competition For Junior Cadres

The cadre selection and appointment system is an important part of the political system,plays an important role in the national politics,also is an important way for the selecting the cadres in government organs at all levels.There are two ways of competitive selection for junior cadre,open selection an competitive selection.The theory of competitive selection system is analyzed systematically based on the competitive selection of the relevant research results and literature data collection,analysis.Systematic analysis was made by taking S city W District Public Security Bureau as an example for investigation,through the questionnaire survey,data analysis and other means.On the basis of the investigation,we found the shortcomings of S city W District Public Security Bureau 's competition selection system.Aiming at solving the problems,I Put forward suggestions from different angles to make some efforts and contribution on improving competitive selection system of the W city S District Public Security Bureau.
