In the new period of socialist legal system construction,the prison police is the first line of law enforcement and the last line of defense in China’s judicial justice.As the main body of the executive punishment of prison police being impartial and honest,will not only reflects the social image of prison are in good condition,and will be from one side reflect the degree of social civilization and progress.Determined by the nature of the work,the prison police are the main object of the criminal solicitation of bribes.Therefore,how to study and actively improve the integrity of the prison police force,reduce and eliminate corruption,and relate to the overall construction of harmonious society and just justice.This article tries to analyze the present situation of the integrity construction of the prison police in Jiang Su province.And domestic typical cases in the province,for example,by using the theory of public management ethics,the cultivation of clean government theory,the control of honesty and risk preventiona theory,the characteristics and content of prison police and its non-corrupt etc are analyzed;The article discusses the necessity of strengthening the integrity of the prison police from the Angle of judicial justice,the protection of the criminal rights,the restriction of rights and the security and stability of the prison.On this basis,from the main methods,achievements and existing problems,a detailed analysis of the construction of the prison police clean the status quo,and analyzes the prison police force in the new period of the construction of the clean time constraints: the value concept of laws,the distortion of the sense of legality,abuse power for personal gains,prison system,weak supervision and insufficient understanding of the protection of the criminal rights.At the same time,draw lessons from Singapore,Hong Kong,the United States the corruption perceptions index higher national and the local police force clean construction practice and experience of research and explore a comprehensive system of prison police force path clean construction platform,from the ethical,nomothetic,measures,democracy overseers inexpensive four aspects the paper.In the thinking of establishing an effective and clean construction mechanism,this paper argues that the prison’s incorruptible behavior cannot be detected because of the special work environment and the nature of the work.Some prisons are poorly managed and the prison has a problem with a few police officers,because they do not want to influence the image of the unit to play down the image,which encourages corruption.A handful of prison police think honesty construction is a statement,not put into practice,bad atmosphere also affected the whole prison police force,influence the prison system,caused the bad social influence and social cognition.After reviewing the relevant information,this paper takes into consideration the actual situation of the prison and the criminal situation,and puts forward the requirements for the construction of clean construction.Firstly,the prevention and control mechanism,incentive mechanism and social defense of prison police integrity construction should be constructed from four aspects: the thought,belief,values and morality of the prison police.Secondly,it should strengthen external supervision and restrict the power of the prison police to eliminate the loopholes in the system.To prevent the phenomenon of alienation of power in prison police,to reduce the idea of power,to correct the values,to promote the concept of legal system,and to protect the rights of criminals.Thirdly,we should strengthen the use of government affairs to publicize the criminals’ commutation,parole and parole in the daily management of prisons,and publicize the conditions,so that the power of the prison police is transparent.Gradually make non-corrupt thought deep inside the police.The purpose of this paper is to explore the path of the prison police’s incorruptible construction,and provide a practical way for the prison police to perform their duties conscientiously.
