Study On The Optimization Of Supervision Mechanism Of Village Organization In Anhui

Rural governance is the basic link of China's governance system.As an important form of grassroots organizations in China,village level organizations undertake the role of bridge and bond between the party and the state and the masses.Therefore,how to strengthen the supervision and management of village level organizations is an important issue under the background of promoting governance system and governance modernization in China,and is more important for the implementation effect of rural revitalization plan.The first part of this paper introduces the background and significance of the research,summarizes the research status of village level organization supervision at home and abroad,and points out what research methods should be adopted to achieve what research objectives.The second part of this paper mainly focuses on the related concepts and theoretical foundations of the village level organization supervision mechanism,and provides theoretical support for the later study.The third,fourth part of this paper mainly to the four basic forms of village organization supervision as the perspective,it analyzes the current situation of Anhui Province,village organization supervision,summed up the measures of village organization supervision;and focus on the realization of village organization supervision mechanism,to summarize and analyze the existing problems of the supervision of village organization in Anhui province.The fifth part selects three specific innovative village level supervision practices in other provinces,summarizes useful experience,and explores and analyzes the internal logic of strengthening village level organization supervision.The sixth part of this article is based on the foregoing discussion,and puts forward effective countermeasures for strengthening the supervision mechanism of village level organization in Anhui Province,so as to achieve the purpose of perfecting and optimizing the supervision mechanism of village level organization.The seventh part of this article makes a brief summary of this article.In recent years,the construction of village level organizations has increasingly become the focus of academic attention.Especially in the period of accelerated urbanization and rapid development of rural revitalization,how to establish a complete governance system from rural areas to cities is worthy of attention and expectation.From the research process,the academic circles to strengthen the research of village organization supervision is not enough,coupled with the construction of village organization supervision mechanism should be all-round,multi-level and systematic architecture,therefore,this paper based on the background of countries in the great development and changes,the use of relevant theories,from the strengthening of rural grassroots organizations supervision the coverage,strength,accuracy and sensitivity of the goal,to provide ideas for the construction of village organization and strengthen the supervision and management of village organization.
