On Perfecting The Legal System Of Circular Economy In China

With the rapid development of the social economy,the total amount of resources that China has spent on production activities has been increasing day by day,resulting in a situation in which economic development is extremely dependent on the environment.At the same time,due to the current non-intensive economic development model in China,the speed of social and economic development exceeds the selfpurification capability of the ecological environment,which is very harmful.As a new mode of economic development,circular economy runs through the socio-economic and environmental ecology and has received close attention from the State Council and other provinces and cities.After the "Circular Economy Promotion Law" was promulgated,various pilot practices were conducted throughout the country.However,a series of problems have emerged in both legal practice and pilot tests,which need to be resolved.The development of circular economy law system in foreign countries is earlier than China,and the legal system is also relatively perfect.It can provide mature ideas for solving the problems in the development of circular economy legal system in China by studying the legal system of circular economy abroad.This article comprehensively applies various research methods,discovers problems,analyzes,and finally puts forward specific suggestions for the problems existing in the legal system of circular economy in China.
