Study Of Construction Of Township Government Public Service

Since the report on the work of the 18th national government of the CPC has put forward“To build a service-oriented government with satisfaction to the people",the construction of township government public service has become a hot issue in China.The township government is one of the indispensable main-stay of the public service supply in the town domain.Its service ability level is directly related to the development of the villages and towns,and the result of the beautiful rural construction and development is shared by the masses.It is necessary to speed up the research on the factors influencing the construction of public service capacity of township government and the construction of public service ability,and to constantly enhance the public service capability of township government,which is an inevitable requirement for building a "service-oriented government with satisfaction to the people" and is of great theoretical and practical significance to enhance the image of the government,improve the relationship between cadres and the masses,and to realize the demolition of poverty?Based on the theory of public goods supply and the new public service theory and by adopting the literature research method,the questionnaire method and the case analysis method,this essay analyzes the composition and restriction factors of the rural government's public service ability,and the experience of foreign local government's public service capability construction,and the main measures to enhance the public service capacity of township government in our country.The analysis shows that there are some outstanding problems in the construction of public service capacity of township government,including poor capacity of public financial support,lack of coordination capacity of public service organizations,low efficiency of government governance,and lack of public participation,and other issues.The main reason for these problems is lack of financial resources of the township government,narrow supply channels of township rural public service,inadequate government assessment mechanism,obstructed public feedback channels and so on?This essay argues that the contradiction between supply and demand of public service at the grassroots level is outstanding,and it is imperative for the township government to provide satisfactory public service to the masses.It is imperative to strengthen the construction of the public service capacity of the township government.To strengthen the construction of public service capacity of township government,we must learn from the practical experience at home and abroad,center on the four constituting elements of the township government public service ability,enhance the township government's public financial capacity,organizational coordination,efficient governance and citizen participation ability of "Four Major Construction",thereby enhancing the capacity and level of township government's public service and speeding up the construction of service-oriented township government.
