Study On The Governmentaccountability System Of Major Administrative Decision-Making

In recent years,the government of accountability in major administrative decision-making system is one of the emerging in the construction of the rule of law government project.Building the accountability system for the construction of government under the rule of law is of great significance.In the current situation,in the field of administrative law,the study of the accountability system is still in the preliminary stage,and many related and supporting legislation are not sound,which need to be improved urgently.The accountability system of government's important administrative decision-making is actually a supervision system for decision-making power.However,this kind of supervision system is also beset by problems in theory and practice,which hinders the construction of the accountability system.Therefore,it is necessary to solve the double problems in theory and practice in order to ensure the scientificity and legitimacy of the system of accountability.As a research object,this paper is divided into five parts to discuss the accountability system.Firstly,this paper briefly introduces the source and significance of this thesis.This paper reviews the research status of scholars at home and abroad in the research direction of this paper,and constructs the thinking and main methods of the research methods.The paper presents the main innovation points in text research and the lack of it.Secondly,this paper expounds the reasons why our country is asking censure from two aspects: the legal attribute of the government's important administrative decision and the ambiguity of its accountability object.Again,based on the theoretical basis,analyzes the factors influencing the major administrative decision-making,and uses comparative analysis,combines with the examples in practice,summarizes the considerations that can be adopted in the construction of thegovernment of accountability in major administrative decision-making system.In this paper,we analyze the basic theory,summarizes the legal system of establishing the accountability system of major administrative decision-making,which can consolidate the foundation of the system and make it more conducive to the requirements of legalization.Finally,based on previous discussion and practice,analyzes the present situation of thegovernment of accountability in major administrative decision-making system,finds out the problems existing in the accountability system itself,and puts forward some suggestions to solve these problems.
