Auxiliary police officers in the police in a large proportion,and the window is a force of public security organs for the people most directly,has become a supporting public security agencies to fight crime and innovative security management,the construction of a harmonious society an important force.The current rule of.law,the concept of a harmonious society in the masses in the eyes of the identity of the masses,the requirements of public security work is also more and more high,and the police also gradually convergence requirements for auxiliary police officers,police officers assisted the quality of working life is directly related to the quality of public security work,social long period of stability.Wuzhong District police auxiliary personnel as the research object,through the literature review and questionnaire survey method,using SPSS20.0 tools to analyze the data from the questionnaires,to explore the quality of working life of Wuzhong District police auxiliary personnel problems and reasons and puts forward some improvement suggestions,hoping to provide some reference for improving the quality of life of the Wuzhong District police auxiliary work personnel.Firstly,this paper reviews the connotation,influencing factors and related theories of the quality of work life;Secondly,the three dimensions of quality of life according to staff knowledge of the Qing Tao,which is the task dimension,organization dimension and the social psychological dimension,to design the questionnaire of quality of work life of Wuzhong District police auxiliary personnel according to the above threedimensions;According to the survey data analysis,it concluded that the quality of working life of Wuzhong District auxiliary police officers in task layer,organization environment,social psychological layer problems,such.as salary,job satisfaction,job content evaluation is not high low.Furthermore,the author analyzes the causes of the problems existing in the quality of work and life of Wuzhong District police auxiliary workers from three levels of work task,organizational environment and social psychology.In the task level,the main reason is salary is not high,poor working environment and police work task is heavy;in the aspect of organization environment,the main reason is the overall quality is not high,narrow space occupation promotion;in social psychology,the main reason is the conflict and family leisure,etc..Again,starting from the three aspects of work tasks,organizational environment,social psychology,aiming at the problem of the reasons put forward relevant suggestions:from the task level,to establish a scientific and perfect compensation system,improve the working environment,and alleviate the burden on the environment;in the organization level,can improve the occupation promotion system;from the social psychological perspective,should to strengthen the balance of work and family,leisure management,strengthen the construction of police culture.Finally,the main contents of this paper are reviewed,and the characteristics and shortcomings of this paper are summarized.
