| At present,China is at a critical stage of economic transformation and upgrading,and urbanization has entered a new stage.To focus on people's livelihood,focus on quality characteristics of the new urbanization has become an inevitable choice.With the deepening of the city management system,the community as the most basic unit of society,in social governance has also been the inevitable impact of the face of public services and social security supply shortage,talent team construction lag,social organization development and so on Series of difficulties.The work of the level of community governance in the new period has become an important factor to evaluate the current strength of government administration.Grassroots communities need to get rid of the shackles of the traditional model,the governance system innovation.Based on the field investigation and the questionnaire survey and the present situation of the grassroots governance in the new period,this paper takes the Qingyun street community as an example,and on the basis of the advanced management experience at home and abroad,this paper carries out the difficulties of the grassroots governance in the new urbanization the study.This paper is divided into five parts,the first part of the new urbanization and grassroots governance related to the concept.The second part analyzes the governance dilemma and the reason of the current grassroots community in China.The third part studies the advanced experience of foreign grassroots governance.The fourth part discusses the suggestions and concrete measures to strengthen grassroots social governance in the new period.In the context of new and new urbanization,the government should change its own functions,establish a sense of rule of law and sense of service,use the Internet information technology,build high-quality personnel construction,committed to grass-roots governance innovation,take the government,people and social organizations co-the way. |
