A Study On The Difficulties And Countermeasures Of Rural Grass Roots Governance In China

"Advancing the modernization of China's system and capacity for governance" is one of the major strategies of the current governance tasks.As the basic unit of national governance,rural grass-roots governance has a direct bearing on the governance level of the whole country.Rural grass-roots government,village level organizations,farmers,social organizations as the main body of rural grass-roots governance,their positioning and role play are crucial.How to effectively carry out grass-roots governance in rural areas,improve the grass-roots governance system,improve the level of governance,is the core focus of this paper.In this paper,based on the literature works and research reports on the theoretical research of rural grass-roots governance of W County in Zhejiang Province,by means of questionnaire survey and case analysis,and using the relevant theories of grass-roots governance,the current situation and difficulties of rural grass-roots governance of W county are analyzed,and the reasons are analyzed.At the same time,how to solve the problems of rural grass-roots governance of W county are discussed the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
