The Public Service Demand Of A New Type Of Rural Community

Under the impetus of several policies,a new type of rural community was set up and gradually becomes common in rural areas.However,there are many obstacles in its development process,which will affect the residents' life and the stability of the countryside.In order to promote the development of the community,raising the level of the supply of the public service should be the first to consider,and then being familiar with the demand must be the foundation of it.In view of this,this paper firstly summarizes the developing characteristics of rural public service demand and its expression mechanism in different historical periods.Then,this paper tries to discover the characteristics of the public service demand of the new rural community based on the survey of DS Community.The differences of the characteristics between the new rural community and the previous rural community indicate the necessity and importance of the expression of the demand.However,under the influence of historical,political,economic and social factors,the development of the expression mechanism of the new rural community is not sound,for example,the residents cannot or are unwilling to express their demand,the government and the public servants lack the initiative to learn the demand of the residents,and the communication channels are not sufficient or efficient.So,this paper provides some suggestions for the governments,the public servants and the residents,in order to improve the efficiency of demand expression.
