Research On The Mechanism Of Avoiding Risk Compensation Based On Bargaining Game Theory

The root cause of the conflict is that the compensation of the neighboring residents suffering from the risk of getting out of the way is not up to the psychological expectation.To this end,in this study,mainly from the government and the surrounding residents of two aspects of the bargaining game model analysis of enterprises.Through the game process between the government and the residents to avoid the risk compensation in the process of the construction of the project,it accords with the characteristics of the bargaining game.Therefore,in this paper,a typical bargaining game model proposed by Rubinstein is used to analyze the negotiation process of risk avoidance.The results show that when the game between the government and the public is understood by one of the parties,the game is not easy to conflict in the game process.On the contrary,if in the process of the game,the government and the surrounding residents do not understand each other's true bargaining power,so it is likely that in the course of the game,both sides are relatively strong,resulting in both sides refused to compromise,to avoid conflict occurred adjacent.Finally,this paper analyzes the game process of risk avoidance in the process of building a specific waste disposal site in china.The analysis results show that,due to the government and the residents around each other do not understand each other's real bargaining power,resulting in the waste disposal process in the construction field,both as a blind man on a blind horse,midnight a deep pool ",in the process of the game,the game both sides stick to their own opinions,not retreat.The government adopts expert meeting method cannot convince the surrounding residents to accept compensation scheme the government insists,and forced the construction of landfills,directly angered the surrounding residents,successfully negotiated the case of local residents through traffic jams and other ways to prevent plant behavior in failed and the government has taken the corresponding part of the local residents to arrest in response to the local residents measures,eventually lead to a get out of hand.The results of this study are that,to avoid the risk of compensation in the adjacent process,when the two sides can learn each other's bargaining power under the condition of providing solution acceptable to both sides,will become the key to avoid adjacent construction project disputes,may directly lead to NIMBY conflict.Based on the results of the study,this paper puts forward corresponding suggestions from two aspects of government and public to reduce the risk of avoiding neighboring projects.
