A Study On The Community Restructure Result Evaluation From Gated System To Block System

Community patterns gated China city community as the most common problems in recent years,the social isolation effect and the city space privatization phenomenon gradually began to appear,these negative effects caused great obstacles to control traffic congestion,environmental pollution and other urban diseases ",which affects the effective governance of city traffic planning and social the.Under this background,the CPC Central Committee,the State Council issued the "CPC Central Committee and the State Council on Further Strengthening the administration of city planning and construction of a number of opinions",put forward to promote the new residential district,in principle no longer gated residential construction.It marks the beginning of the physical change of the urban community spatial form in China,and has great milestone significance for the urban construction and development in the transitional period.However,because of the economic system,the social background,the concept of living differences,and the form of community by administrative,market,culture,and so on a variety of social residents forces and other reasons,greatly enhance the gated community transformation and block community regression coefficient of difficulty.Therefore,the existing open gated community,not by a simple "cell wall" can be achieved;construction and Block system,is far from the "without walls" can be realized.Therefore,how to build a localized Block system based on China's national conditions has become an urgent problem to be solved in the process of urban renewal construction.Therefore,it is necessary to evaluate the transition effect of the block system in the existing gated community,and to provide effective reference for the promotion of block system community in the future by mining the problems in the transition of the current gated community.This study evaluated and compared to Block system and primary Block system gated community transformation after the selection of L community and the C community in Hangzhou respectively as two different types of Block system case,the application of AHP and fuzzy evaluation method,the evaluation from the community environment,morphology,morphology community environment community social integration and the three dimensions of perceived Block system patterns in two communities are a combination of qualitative and quantitative.The evaluation results show that the L community in the comprehensive overall performance is inferior to the C community,specifically,the gap is mainly reflected in the three aspects of the community public space transportation,community use experience and social interaction in the community.The result is also verified by the comparison results of the subdivided groups based on the characteristics of retirement.However,in the sense of residents' safety,the results of the comprehensive evaluation of the two communities tend to be consistent.On the basis of evaluating the comparative results,this paper uses the scene theory to analyze the differences between the two communities from three perspectives: community life phenomenon,community security order and community traffic order.The final research believes that the community in the open form,the existence of community scene of city residents,especially residents of surrounding communities siphon effect,and siphon effect by the strength of live entertainment facilities of community consumer appeal,community space capacity and community management and organization jointly decided by the three factors,it is also China current Block system neighborhood community and European differences.Therefore,the establishment of value orientation,the top-down community development under the new urbanization macro focus on community planning and design,promote the organic integration of the community and the city,according to local conditions,the dynamic adjustment of open construction and transformation mode,community diversified community public goods providers,activate the community public service market,improve community life scenes of the cultural connotation,cultivating harmonious the community relations policy recommendations to promote the existing community to open and gated primary Block system construction,finally explore a suitable China conditions,community development model can also achieve positive interaction in the system of city space,realize the long-term goal of building a healthy,natural,efficient and orderly and the sustainable development of modern city.
