In recent years,new media gradually rise and develop,and relying deeply on the modern Internet technology that has abundant information foundation,network mode of transmission,and characterization of service content has deeply come into many fields of society and become an important part of social organizations.With the development of science and technology and the promotion of network technology,new media clients are becoming more and more popular among the public.As people are exposed to more frequent WeChat,microblog,etc.,it has become an more important way for various social groups to quickly understand life information and news hotspots and focus on social issues.In addition,the new media as a public communication tool,people can freely exchange views,participate in the social governance process,fully reflect the freedom and equality of speech rights.In the exchange of ideas and opinions,the content of social governance in the new media as the carrier rapidly,a wide range of communication between the public and public full participation to promote the people-oriented work of the government's development.In the process of social governance,the government has been able to rely on new media tools to support the government,and the government information relies on new media to spread quickly.The research shows that in the process of information transmission,new media can enlarge public opinion,change the public management boundary and influence the public decision-making process of government.In social governance,new media has already assumed multiple roles of social governance subject,object and governance tool.But the new media bring social governance in all sorts of convenient and progress at the same time,also brought a lot of risks,it make people appear to spread and cognitive conflict,appeal and compassion conflict,the conflict between rationality and blind,etc.Work makes our country's social management faces many public opinions excessively amplification,"one-sided",management cost and the deepening of the social contradiction and a series of difficulties,therefore how to better use of new media tools for social governance innovation reform is an important task of the current social development.The author thinks that to use new media to strengthen social management and social governance should be innovation propaganda and education mechanism,the construction of a timely and effective government information disclosure mechanism and response mechanism,the innovation of social management participation mechanism,improve the network public opinion management mechanism and so on multi-dimensional approach.Only by making rational use of new media innovative social governance and integrating social governance and social governance,can we achieve social justice and stability.Therefore,the study of social governance under the new media environment is of great practical significance under the current social governance environment.At the same time,this topic is related to the intersection of politics,sociology,journalism and other subjects,and it is also of great theoretical significance to study this topic.In this paper,through literature analysis,data analysis and empirical analysis,such as research methods,both at home and abroad are summarized through new media channels innovation social management work experience and lesson,social governance mechanism section provides reference value for the article innovation.At the same time,using the method of data collected about weibo,WeChat,news client and network coverage in China a number of data,and through the analysis of the data,it is concluded that the network new media's influence on the social governance in our country,to provide strong data support of this paper.In the first chapter,this paper discusses the current background of social governance of new media and the status quo of domestic and foreign research.In the second chapter on related concepts such as new media,the social governance,define the network political content,and expatiates the agenda-setting theory,the spiral of silence theory,cognitive set theory and principal-agent theory,pointed out that the research theory basis.In the third chapter,the relationship between new media and social governance is pointed out,the new media information transmission channels,the role of new media in information dissemination,the role of new media in social governance.In the fourth chapter discusses the challenge of the new media of social governance,irrational people behavior contradictions,risk of network political participation and government management under the new media environment behavior problems are discussed three angles.Finally,in view of the above the challenge,and points out that the use of new media to create overall thinking and innovation of social governance mechanism,publicity and education mechanism to innovate social management and innovation to participate in social governance mechanism,constructing the government information publicity and the response mechanism,improve the network public opinion management mechanism,etc.
