Research On The Impact Of E-government Application On Government Management Performance

With the rapid development of information technology and network technology today,more and more advanced technologies are used in the day-to-day management of local governments in China,e-government is a technology based on information and network management platform in government affairs management highlights the increasingly important role.Since 1970 s,the E-government in the world gradually rise,more and more governments will be applied in the people's livelihood,economy,science and technology general affairs management,as the E-government compared with the traditional "window" and "manual" management mode,high efficiency,good visualization and data statistics and precision better information sharing and other advantages,showing remarkable effectiveness in practical application,more and more countries in favor of the government.However,the rise of electronic government and be widely used in the application also highlights some problems,including "input-output fuzzy" is one of the main problems,and is particularly visible,the problem in some local e-government operation therefore,explore the impact of local government e-government application of government performance management,find out the specific the existing problems,and puts forward the e-government application and is conducive to enhancing the effectiveness of management measures,has a positive meaning.Taking Jiangxi city of Shangrao Province as an example,this paper studies the impact of E-government Application on government management performance.In the study,first of all,the e-government,performance management and other related theories are reviewed,and the domestic and foreign scholars on the impact of the model of the relationship between E-government and performance management carried out;secondly,the status quo of Shangrao municipal government development and application of e-government are summarized;thirdly,the use of balance scorecard,construction of the Shangrao municipal government e-government management and performance evaluation model,the model consists of 4 dimensions,8 dimensions and 16 level two level three dimensions,and the weight of each index in the model were determined,completed the study hypothesis;then,with the constructed model on the basis of compiling questionnaire,select the main functions of the Department staff and the people of Shangrao City e-government application management personnel,a total of 150 people,using the method of questionnaire,interviews and other methods to understand the respondents E-government application score data management,and analyzes the correlation and regression analysis of the data obtained by SPSS17.0 software,based on the assumption of the validation study,determine the influencing factors and improve the Shangrao City e-government management performance;finally,according to the quantitative statistical analysis of the results,put forward specific suggestions to improve Shangrao City E-government management the performance of the.The results show that: the overall situation of e-government development and application in Shangrao city is good,but in the public participation,e-government operation and maintenance management level of information,online work,public management cost,there are still some problems need to be optimized,in order to further enhance the performance of e-government management.The research results of this paper have certain reference value for Shangrao municipal government to improve the level of e-government operation and maintenance management,and it is of practical significance to improve the performance management system of e-government at all levels of local governments.
