The Research On Motivation Mechanism Of Basic-level Police In S Prison

Basic-level prison police are the specific undertakers of criminal management and education work,which is the main body of the prison work.The previous study on the incentive mechanism of the civil police mainly focused on public security police,focused on individual incentives,and paid little attention to the motivation of the prison,especially the local police.The situational nature of incentive mechanism also makes it difficult for the public security incentive mechanism in previous studies to be used in prisons.Therefore,according to the actual situation of prison,it is worthy to study the incentive mechanism of the prison police.This paper reviews the theories and methods of incentive mechanism and defines the police.With S prison as the research object,the incentive mechanism satisfaction and incentive factors of S prison were investigated by using interview method and questionnaire survey.Using SPSS and EXCEL to analyze the questionnaire,we obtained the rank of incentive factor satisfaction,the mutual factor of incentive demand and the difference of incentive demand between different background police.According to the interview and data analysis results,the main problems and reasons of S prison incentive mechanism are analyzed.This paper constructs the incentive model of the police in S prison and optimizes the incentive mechanism.The conclusions of this study are as follows: firstly,the incentive mechanism of S prison has bad influence on the work.Secondly,the four important factors are the professional support of the prison,the department support,the work and the growth,the compensation and welfare;The police have the lowest satisfaction with department support and job growth dimension;The difference in incentive demand for four dimensions is obvious in different backgrounds.Third,the main reason of the problem of the incentive mechanism of S prison is lack of team incentive mechanism,differential motivation and fair and reasonable assessment mechanism.Among them,the high degree of the police has obvious incentive demand for the support level of the prison,and the young police have obvious need for personal growth and career development space.Fourth,completed the S prison incentive mechanism model.From both internal and external excitation forces,the incentive mechanism is optimized.And through design "team incentive","affordable incentive mechanism","the police professional growth mechanism",and "mechanisms of police culture construction" from four aspects to improve the content of the prison,incentive mechanism,so as to enhance the overall incentive effect of S prison basic-level police.
