Study Of Police Motivation Mechanism In Women Prison From G Province

As the country's penal enforcement agency,prisons are responsible for maintaining national security and stability,as well as penalizing,educating and reforming criminals.The prison police is responsible for the management of prison affairs.It has many tasks with large risk factor,monotonous working nature,and a closed work environment.The female prison police,working in an environment of high stress and high resistance for a long period,will come across with lack of energy and enthusiasm in work.And the phenomenon of job burnout are also common occurrences.Therefore,it is particularly important to study the incentive mechanism of female prison police.This paper takes the provincial women's prison police in G province as the research object,analyzes the status quo of the incentive mechanism of women's prisons in G province from four aspects of incentive mechanism: wages and benefits,training,job promotion,and performance evaluation.It uses questionnaires to analyze the decisive factors of incentive mechanism satisfaction and its impacts.According to the result,it is to find out the specific problems of the incentive mechanism of the women's prison in G province,analyze the reasons,and finally put forward suggestions and measures to improve the incentive mechanism of the G provincial women's prison within the framework of the current laws and regulations.This will inspire the enthusiasm of the women's prison police in G Province and create a vigilant and dynamic prison police force.
