Research On The Motivation Mechanism Of Prison Police In D Prison In Jiangsu Province

Motivation is a psychological process that continually motivates people,it gives power to human behavior and it's an important content of management study.Establishing and constantly improving and perfecting the motivation mechanism is an effective way to continuously improve the administrative efficiency of public sector in the case of scientific human resource planning.Prison is the state's organ of criminal penalty.It shoulders the function of punishing and reforming criminals,and is the last line of defense for achieving judicial justice.In order to improve the modernization level of prison work at a new starting point,Jiangsu prison administration has made a strategic arrangement for constructing modern prisons in 2014.The construction of modern prisons must be backed with the high quality police force.However,due to the dull work of the prison,the closed work environment,the high risk factor,and the relatively poor treatment,prison policemen are under the pressure of work,and they are prone to lacking work energy,and it's difficult to improve their work positivity.Therefore,how to improve and perfect the motivation mechanism of the prison police to maximize the work enthusiasm,initiative and creativity of the prison police has become the central task of the construction of the prison police team at all levels.Judging from the results of incentives and means,the existing police motivation mechanism of D prison in Jiangsu Province is still not perfect,and the effect is not obvious,there are still many problems.Especially after the reform of prison system,the implementation of sunshine wages and the regulation of subsidies led to the weakening of material incentives of prison police.This paper takes the policemen of D prison in Jiangsu as the research object.It analyzes the problems and short boards in the motivation mechanism for D prison policemen through consulting a lot of literatures and related documents,drawing on and referring to the advanced theories of motivation and human resource management at home and abroad and so on,taking D prison as an example.Combined with the existing relevant motivate policies and systems,this paper puts forward pertinent suggestions and measures to improve and perfect the motivation mechanism of D prison police in Jiangsu.
