Along With the progress of the society and the continuous development of enterprises,"human" has gradually become the most important factor.Facing the fierce market competition and changing market environment,how to play the role of "people" more effectively to improve the competitiveness of enterprises and realize the maximum value of enterprises is the key problem for all enterprises.At the same time,it is also an urgent problem for Shenzhou Industrial Corporation.Shenzhou Industrial Corporation is affiliated with the China Academy of space technology.Its main business is state owned enterprises,and its main function is to provide guarantee services for scientific research and production.The corporation has an independent trade union organization.As an organization connecting employees and enterprises,the trade union is an important link between employees and enterprises.The functions of the trade unions are becoming more and more prominent.The better the function of the trade union can be played,it can mobilize the enthusiasm and initiative of the staff more fully,and make the staff make suggestions for the development of the enterprise.The purpose of this paper is to analyze the role of the trade union in human resource management in order to strengthen the enterprise culture construction and harmonious labor relations,and to stimulate the potential of employees.The core competitiveness of high enterprises.Through the collection of literature,this paper obtains theoretical knowledge and theoretical basis for research papers.Through the analysis of the present situation of the development of the corporation and the present situation of its trade unions.Find out the problems of trade unions and human resources management,and analyze the existing problems.The role is assigned according to the important,general,and unimportant.The important one is the employee relationship management,and the general important is the training and development,the salary and welfare management,the performance management etc.And put forward countermeasures and suggestions for the existing problems.Through the study of literature,combined with the development status of the corporation and trade union,according to the strategic planning of the company,under the premise of following the relevant laws and regulations,we should improve the function of the trade union in human resources management,make the labor and capital communicate smoothly,share the interests.To enhance core competitiveness of enterprises.
