In recent years,our country social economy rapid development,more and more people in search of better opportunities and higher salaries to leave home to big cities struggle,in such a background,separated by urban and rural household registration system of social group has a new name,they are called "floating population".Population mobility between developed cities in China and the underdeveloped cities is very big,this directly lead to work more and more families to bring children into the city life,so the floating children began to spread in the army of the floating population.In general,these migrant children have less communication with their parents,live in a chaotic environment,and receive education under different conditions than urban children of the same age.Both migrant children and urban registered children should enjoy equal rights and should not make the household registration system a barrier between them and the city.Era in the development,the urban population is growing,the floating population to become the main force of city construction,how to make the floating population and their children a better life in the new city environment,become urgent problems at the moment.No country can develop without the new power of children.So let different household register children can equal to have the right to choose the school,received a good education of medical service,and let them can healthy growth of body and mind is necessary in today's social development reserve forces.Most urban migrant children,it is difficult to enjoy and urban children of the same health care and education,they because of family no fixed abode,although living in a big city with their parents,but lack of the identity of the city.Floating children due to the living environment relatively clutter,most migrant children lack of parents' protection and ego to protect consciousness,more vulnerable to illegal violation or cannot find themselves by the illegal violation,cities floating children life compared with the ordinary children's life more difficult,floating children parents most of the cultural level is not high,they always ignore to children's education and protection,the violation of children more and more now,however,for children to instill self-protection awareness helps children meet violation in a timely manner to protect themselves.Floating children refer to the situation when urban and rural household registration are separated at the present stage,floating population brings their children under 15 years of age to the big cities to seek survival opportunities.But floating children cannot enjoy the same education opportunities,and the city of the same age children also excluded outside of the city's education system,in choosing a school has significant limitations,have been "marginalization" of a large group.Community Y is formed in such a big context.The author from the floating children's education,life,parents' behavior and the influence of the floating children's social identity and the identity of children class by participating in community service projects,the flow of the observation in Shenzhen Y community children grow in the process of learning,children in social environment will produce what influence on him as a starting point,including the community,schools,the improvement of the parents and child protection laws and regulations,further study of the social environment influence on children's growth.Children's behaviors are not only affected by the social environment of their lives,but also can cause different emotions and even serious behaviors due to the adverse social environment.How to make all children enjoy relatively equal rights,live in a relatively stable environment and grow up healthily is the main research objective and problem to be solved in this paper.
